- Provide customization details: Choose a crystal gift you like, upload the photos and text you want engraved, confirm the engraving details and quantity, then submit your order and make the payment. If your images or text do not meet the requirements, we will inform you for replacement.
Of course, you can contact us before placing the order to confirm the availability of your photos and text.
- Design confirmation: After successful payment, our design team will create a layout for your approval within 1-3 business days.
- Production and shipping: After your design confirmation, we aim to complete production and arrange for shipment within 2-4 business days.

In order to support customers from different countries, we have more than hundred industrial grade laser engraving machines in our USA and China factories, and five warehouses located in the USA, UK, France, Germany and China.
Two production facilities and five warehouses enable us to get supports and choices from customers in more countries.
