Customized Instructions

1. Color: Photos produced through 3D inner laser engraving on crystal are white and translucent, unable to replicate the original colors.

2. Crystal Size: Our crystal sizes range from XS-XXL. The larger the crystal size, the more laser points and the clearer the engraving.

3. Background: We will provide free background removal service, backgrounds are not engraved.

4. Portrait Cutting: According to the size of the crystal, we usually cut the photos before the engraving to ensure that the clear face or half-body portrait can be retained. Pets can retain the whole body.

5. Number of Faces in Photo: Requirements are detailed in each product description, please choose the appropriate faces based on the crystal size you intend to purchase before placing an order. Or we will inform you to replace the photo.

6. Customized Content Confirmation: Customized items cannot be resold, and therefore, returns or refunds are not accepted. After submitting an order, the photos and text you provided cannot be changed. Please ensure the accuracy of the engraving content.

7. Accurate Shipping Informations: Please double-check and confirm that your shipping address, phone number, and name are accurate. Otherwise, delivery may be impeded.
